Dr. Fabiola Liendo takes great pleasure and excitement in presenting Sawgrass Dental Arts, her visionary endeavor meticulously crafted with state-of-the-art technological advances and the latest dental techniques. Committed to providing patients with the most comfortable and caring dental experience, Dr. Liendo's journey in dentistry began with a familial legacy, as her grandmother Julia, one of the first female dentists in Peru, inspired her path. Graduating with honors from the Universidad Catolica de Santa Maria in Arequipa, Peru, Dr. Liendo emerged as a trailblazer in her class. Her passion for dentistry deepened as she witnessed the transformative impact on people's lives through enhanced oral health and improved aesthetics. Having spent a decade in Los Angeles, California, Dr. Liendo earned her DDS license from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2009, where she distinguished herself as Class President and consistently made the Dean's List. Mentored by luminaries like Pascal Magne and Richard Khan, she also served as a Volunteer Faculty at USC's School of Dentistry. Relocating to South Florida in 2011, Dr. Liendo has since dedicated herself to Cosmetic and General Dentistry, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Cerec to deliver the highest quality of care. A firm believer in continuous learning, she remains at the forefront of dental research and techniques through ongoing education courses, ensuring her patients receive optimal care. Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Liendo's focus extends to her family, particularly her two sons, Thiago and Joaquin, encapsulating a life rich in both dental excellence and personal fulfillment.

STAY CALM

If you experience some sort of dental accident, the best thing you can do is to stay calm. While you may feel inclined to panic due to the pain and stress of an injury, you can take comfort knowing it can be treated, and our team is here to help get you back to a healthy, pain-free smile.

REDUCE BLEEDING

Once you’ve gained control of the situation, take assessment of your injury. If you’re experiencing any bleeding, place a strip of gauze on the site of the injury and apply pressure by biting down on the gauze.

CONTROL SWELLING

Over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen can help to temporarily reduce pain and swelling. However, steer clear of any blood-thinning medications like aspirin. An ice pack or cold compress can be applied to the cheek near the affected area to help reduce pain and inflammation.

What forms of payment are accepted?

All forms of credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

When can I start using my membership?

Your membership is effective immediately!

How do I schedule my preventive care?

Simply call our office and set up an appointment for yourself or your family members.!

How can I use my Member Exclusive discount for restorative, elective or cosmetic treatment?

Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is “current” and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.

How do I know if I need Perio membership?

If you’re a current patient, please contact us to confirm you’re on Perio Maintenance. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation after your initial exam.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.

Can I add members to my account?

Absolutely! Your entire family can join.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?

Your club membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.

How can I check on the status of my account?

Login to your Member Portal and look under Account Members. You’ll see the status of each member above his/her name.

Can I change or update my billing information?

Yes! Simply login to your Member Portal and click “Edit Your Payment Method”.

How do I cancel my membership?

Login to your Member Portal and click the “Remove” button for each member you’d like to cancel.

If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?

No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.

How much do I pay to sign up for my club membership?

You’ll pay only the Lifetime Activation fee to join. This fee includes your first month’s membership dues.

Can I prepay my membership fees?

Memberships are currently month-to-month only.

What information is required for me to sign up for my club membership?

An email address for receipts, credit or debit card, full name, address, phone and date of birth.
